This project provided a renovation of the Sanford Commons retail food service space. The scope of work included coordinating the construction of the retail space (approximately 2000sf) including kitchen and serving areas with the retail partner. Project costs included construction (demolition and renovation), design, furniture, and equipment that allows for improved customer service, menu, aesthetics, and improved efficiency.
