Appalachian State University is accepting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the Indoor Practice Facility project until Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 4:00 PM in the Office of Planning, Design & Construction at Facilities Annex, 2458 Hwy 105 S, Boone, NC 28607. Project Description: This project scope includes demolition of the existing indoor practice facility and adjacent softball stadium and the construction of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) approximately 101,000 sq. ft. in total including an adjoining event space, support space, and 10,000 sq. ft. clinic “shell” space at 400 Jack Branch Drive, Boone, NC 28608. Sealed proposals will be received by Appalachian State University in the Facilities Annex - Planning, Design, and Construction Conference Room, 2458 NC-105 South, Boone, NC 28607 up to 4:00 pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Project Description: Replace failing steam vault located on Hill Street. Additionally, install new 8 inch water line in same vicinity. Please see attached pdf files for more information. |
