Project Description Appalachian State University is seeking design services for Planning, Design and Construction Administration services for the renovation and modernization of 50-year-old Walker Hall. This project will be administered as a State Construction Office full oversight project. Additional project requirements will be given to the teams that are short listed and/or selected.
